U of NYFW Season 14, an Educational Experience for College Students at New York Fashion Week

Collegiate Licensing Company and IMG Licensing, who run New York Fashion Week have partnered to bring about the 14th edition of the popular U of NYFW. U of NYFW is a unique education experience acorss 17 colleges and universities and includes 30 students.
U of NYFW is an enrichment program that is only available to colleges and universities that partner with Collegiate Licensing Company for their licensing services. The program is an extension of CLC Licensing’s work to create new education projects for its college and university partners. U of NYFW provides aspiring fashion designers and leaders an incredible behind the scenes view at the fashion industry, which includes tickets to runway shows, official panel talks, and opportunities to network with fashion industry leaders.
While at U of NYFW Season 14, students attended fashion shows of well known designers and labels, which included eponymous label by Kim Shui,a Forbes 30 under 30 recipient. Also experienced by the students was the fashion label, BruceGlen, as well as designers Sergio Hudson. Rounding out the U of NYFW fashion show experience was the label Two Blondes.
As the experienced rolld on, the students were backstage at NYFW, this included unique access to the TRESemme Style Studios where they participated in a formal Q&A with leaders from WME Fashion and associated businesses, providing insight to the students about fashion careers and opportunities.
The U of NYFW did not stop there, in addition to the epxeriences mentioned above, the students had half a day learning and visiting with fashion brand Aviator Nation and embroidery studio Klein Designs.
The Collegiate Licensing Company exclusive program U of NYFW once again delivered a highly unique education opportunity that enriched the students. Expenses for the trip were covered by the universities, and the unversities in attendance at U of NYFW Season 14 were:
